Cali-5-Bond (5-layer) Sampling Bags provide a simple, economical method of collecting and transferring air/gas samples to a centrally located laboratory or test instrument for analysis. Bags may also be used to collect liquids.
In contrast to other multilayer plastic materials generally in use, the silvery Cali-5-Bond Gas Sampling Bags are made by a special process (U.S. Patent). Five (5) different layers of materials are bonded together to form a single, flexible material 5.5 mils thick.
These bags have many applications, since the 5-layers do not permeate gas in or out; will not chemically interact with collected gas samples; and will not absorb or adsorb to any degree. Cali-5-Bond bags consist of an opaque silver aluminum layer; are rugged and reusable, if appropriate. They can be filled with as little as 0.25 psi pressure and should never be overinflated. Maximum constant use temperature should not exceed 140-150ºF.
Standard bag sizes from 0.50 ltrs to 200 ltrs. Larger and smaller custom sizes and/or volumes available upon request. Standard or special hardware, valves, connections and other sampling accessories. Durable Cali-Guard (U.S. Patent) protective bag covers may be used to extend the useful life of Cali-5-Bond bags.
